Gnome Sweet Gnome

So earlier this summer…. someone stole m’ gnome. Right out of my zen garden for God’s sake. Who does this?
Well we finally figured it out! I was cleaning ~~the hoarders~~ my sons room today (3 loads of laundry laying about) and came across a stack of pictures. … starring none other than MY FRICKIN GNOME!

I didn’t recognize anyone in the pics but my suspicions were correct, it was his girlfriend that stole my gnome! She snuck over ~~in the dead of night~~ at about 10 pm one night and snatched him. Then he went to the beach, on bike rides, and other things…

So the girl has finally earned herself a nickname: Gnomewrecker.

Well, you’re welcome for the laugh! I can’t believe he didn’t tell me after the million times I asked him if he knew who took it! I feel like dumping those clean clothes back on the floor, lol.

It was pretty funny. At the time, AND finding out today!

Hope tomorrow is less serious!

Oh yeah, the gnome was back a week or so after he went missing. I went outside one day to find him happily sitting on his rock. The whole thing was very perplexing. lol.

She came in the door and the dog was growling. My son tried to shush the dog away and my husband said… no..let the dog go, she’s the gnomewrecker.

And she got a big smile and looked at my son and said, “Oh, they know?” lol It was cute. She’s a good kid. And…. she knows how to steal gnomes.
