Monday Garden Club!

It’s Monday Garden Club over at Feet Off the Table!
Here’s the progress over at my garden this week: I picked my remaining carrot crop and replanted seeds. I’m crossing my fingers that they’ll be okay growing into the beginning of October.
How does your garden grow?

Great progress! Your pepper plant looks awesome! Be patient with the broccoli and don’t pick it until the head is big and almost flowering, but not. The carrots should be fine. Mine usually aren’t ready until Sept. Oct. anyway and really if it would happen to frost, that’s alright because the carrots are in the ground and protected.
It’s raining here this morning so I haven’t taken any photos yet but hopefully the sun will come out or at least the rain will stop long enough to take a few photos and I’ll have a post up later today.

My garden is a windowsill of herbs… that my cats have eaten all of.

Wow! The garden looks great. How do you keep them? Deer eat up everything around here before we can get it in the ground. Hubby sprays this horrible smelling stuff that seems to keep them away for a while.
I love fresh vegetables…

Your garden looks great!! Look at those huge cucumbers awesome! Your broccoli will probably take a few more weeks, once you see a small head, but then let it get big (like a head of broccoli you buy in the store) then snip it, and smaller little heads will start forming, fun fun!
