I’ve got to tell you to go and check out the incredible deals over at Amazon. I had heard that a lot of the stores are letting us little people shop ONLINE early this year in addition to the Black Friday deals. (I guess they are getting sick of people getting trampled underfoot (wasn’t that a song?) and fighting over items.)
So I checked online to make sure this is actually true. It is. I brought up a couple browsers to get a couple stores online at once. (I like to take a minute and make sure I get the best price). From what I can tell, Amazon is matching or is way way way lower on many of their items (books, music, cds, movies…you know your typical Amazon stuff). I don’t know when the sale is going to end….but I can definately tell you it’s going on RIGHT NOW! Some deals are outrageous and ya gotta love that free shipping!
Here’s an example: The Twilight Saga – I think it’s the whole series….$45. (of course, we already have all the books, what man what a great deal!)
I’m not pushing a paid sponsor here….I’m not earning $$ for this post!

OH!!!!!!!! and one important thing! If you have kids that snoop…make sure after shopping you clear your browser. You’re welcome for all the wonderful tips! lol. Now GO!

Those are great tips! I’m not one of those black Friday ladies. I’d much rather pay more than get trampled. So, it’s nice to know there is an option for me. Thanks!

The best year of my life was the year I discovered the internet and SHOPPING!! It was fairly new at that time and in ordering some autographed posters for my daughter, the actual AUTHOR / DIRECTOR of the movie (I can’t remember it now) actually started writing to me, and I printed out the emails for my daughter who totally lost her mind and thought I was the WIZ!! or is it Da BOMB ?

That sounds good but I think I’m going with a fund-raising idea from my girl’s school. I forget the name of the company, something to help starving kids. Seems like a good cause and kills 3 birds with one stone.

What a great idea about shopping after clearing your your browser, that works for nosy husbands also! lol Thanks for the heads up on the good shopping deals makes me wonder if I should shop more online!
