Where does a St. Bernard sleep?
Anywhere it damn well pleases.
Brooklyn is 11 1/2 yrs old now. She has trouble getting up the basement stairs, so Shane cut up my good rug (yes, I had to stress that – good rug) to make a pathway up the stairs so she can grip something.
And yes, that IS duct tape. That’s how we fix everything around here.
I'm Sheila. In addition to raising 1 husband and 3 teens, I've founded 
duct tape rocks…ummm…the good rug…sounds like something i might do…once….smiles.

Yeah It is sad. She’s also pretty much deaf, although we’ve found she can read lips to some extent. She’s a good ol pup though. Still very active too, it’s pretty wild!
My dog always sleeps in the worse possible spot. Sad when they get older. Hope she has many more happy years with you.
I personally love pets and love the way your husband has been taking care of Brooklyn! He looks like a big dog, and 11 years is an old age for them, glad to see you taking good care of him!
Is your husband MacGyver? He fixed everything with duct tape too
