Chicken Cutlet Recipe. (Feeds 5)
Simple. Easy. About 15-30 minutes depending on how many you make.
3 Pounds Thin Sliced Boneless Chicken Breast
2 Cups Bread Crumbs
Large Bowl of Water
1.) Pound out your chicken on both sides. You can cut the chicken slices in two, or leave as one.
2.) Dip chicken slices in water
3.) Coat both sides with bread crumbs.
4.) Heat oil of your choice (start on high, then lower temp to med-high) in pan. Enough to come 1/2 way up side of chicken – when you put the chicken in. (You can always add more as you are cooking)
5.) Cook chicken 3-5 minutes on EACH side. (Flipping when edges are browned)
6.) Set cooked chicken on paper towel/plate to drain excess oil, then put in warm oven til all chicken is finished cooking.
7.) Serve with your sides (Spaetzel Dumplings, Broccoli and Corn is shown)

ENJOY!

I always think it’s fun to find out just who the [other Sheila] is. Actually who they all are… there a are few of us out there.
I have a Shella neighbor up the hill… she spells it differently but it all sounds the same. If anyone says… hey Sheila… my head snaps to attention.
I have been scrolling around. Alot to see here. You have a handle on this blogging thing. I could learn things from you I am sure… and I am older. A belated HAPPY BIRTHDAY to you. Mine is in January and I turned 46.
Have a super-fantastic day.
