Garden Monday – First Harvest

It’s Garden Monday at Feet Off The Table!

I love it when I can harvest some stuff! My tomatoes FINALLY ripened…just in time for our return from Florida. My peas are climbing so tall that I wonder if there’s a Jack in the Pea Stalk up there. 1 hour after I took the pic of the peas….little pods popped out! WILD! I’m stunned on how tall zucchini plants get and that my cucs are actually climbing. I even have some piddly onions! Here’s what our first ‘harvest’ looks like, a dish I made based on a recipe by the above Feet Off The Table…. and the garden in general this week. Oh, and this week I’m making zucchini bread from a link provided by the above Feet !
