Ooookay. So. Fall is here (although at 90 degrees it doesn’t feel like it so much).
What are your favorite things about fall?

One of mine would be the splashes of beautiful color!

I also love hot chocolate on a cool day…and starting up the fireplace.

When I originally snapped this pic, I thought I was getting a funny shot of the squirrel sitting atop the rail and the dogs salivating below. But just as I snapped the photo, everyone in the house gasped loudly as the squirrel jumped down… within a foot of the dogs.

*The squirrel was NOT hurt! It landed right between the two dogs on the grass and ran faster than I’ve ever seen a squirrel run….and jumped up and over our fence.* …I’m pretty sure this is my once in a lifetime shot…lunch a squirrel in mid flight.

I’ve updated my sidebar and this blog is now on Networked blogs! I have one friend and it’s me. How pitiful is that?
