Okay, so these are some pics I took at the cemetery the other day on our driver’s ed session. I love me a good cemetery, and I’ve never met a cemetery I didn’t like. Sound weird? Maybe…but so many emotions hit me while walking through the cemetery. There is so much history, so many stories. And of course, we fixed fallen flags, dusted off those with no visitors and talked to anyone who might be “spiritually about”. Anyhow…you can see a LOT at the cemetery:

Yeah, birds suck! We have tons of them that build nests (and live) under the roof on our barn. I have a planter with flowers sitting under it and it is now covered in a layer of bird shit. Damn birds! The rest of your garden looks great! I grabbed your link!
When I was a kid I went to weeklong sleepaway camp every summer. One of the outings we did at camp was going to a cemetery and doing headstone rubbings. And every year, all of the kids would head for Dick Rash’s headstone first. Seriously. If your last name were Rash and your first name Richard, would you even consider for one moment going by Dick?
