Two breadwinners steal a glance in the early morning dawn. A warm smile as they part ways.
One coming home. To nurture and tend. The other off to start their job once again, seemingly a half a world away.
Those that depend on them understand the importance of their being. Working so hard apart to hold the greater picture in balance together as one.
Each giving light and life to those that depend on them.
And each new day brings a brief meeting. To say hello. And goodbye. And begin again a new morning. And night.
While sipping a warm cup of coffee in the early morning light, I looked up and saw the moon in the newly sunlit sky. For some reason it reminded me of parents. Where one works in the morning and one works at night.
I'm Sheila. In addition to raising 1 husband and 3 teens, I've founded 
I felt like ships passing in the night when I was planning weddings…I basically worked at night…that was when all my appts. were and the weddings.
