Even though your ‘kid’ is 45 years old….you cannot help but make their day special!
My mom treated me to lunch for my birthday a couple weeks ago. We got to catch up a bit over some tasty Panera Broccoli
and Cheese soup!

For my birthday she gave me some awesome new tea blends, one of which was Acai Berry. OMG. Tart yet delicious! Oh, and some jammies and a new hair do! Moms are simply awesome. It doesn’t matter how old I get, I will always appreciate my mom.

I love going out with my mum also. She is always generous and that is a big treat since with teenagers in the house my money is always going to them.

My mom totally showered me on my birthday this year, too (I’m in my thirties). It didn’t hurt that I was visiting PA from Florida and hadn’t been there in several months. She gave me earrings, a sweater, slippers, a Barnes and Noble gift card (to feed my reading addiction, you know). Aren’t moms the best?!
