1 one minute clip of Dublin and his new water bowl. (yes, my life is interesting) This is one of those bowls where you fill the big jug and then it automatically releases water as the bowl empties. When it refills itself, it creates a big loud bubble which Dublin is afraid of of.
So after 3 days of having to stand by his side and pet his back while he got a drink….(I KNOW, OMG!)…we finally put a towel over the part that holds the water reserve so he cannot see the big bubble. Crazy beast.

So true AJ! We got him from someone who ‘couldn’t handle him’ anymore as a pup. Some people just shouldn’t have dog. I’m sure he was beaten and teased a lot he’s very skiddish.
LOL! My big, bad dog is the same way. Runs sliding through the house to come cower under our legs. And all this from a dog who chases gators and snakes.

OMG! I thought the same thing (shaped like a toilet!) but no one else here ‘saw it’….so I didn’t mention it! Great minds think a like! lol

I am ‘dog sitting’ my oldest son’s dog while he is in grad school and I had never had a big dog before (only one little dog once). So she has been quite the experience too. And my son had to buy one of the water fillers too. She was scared to death of it too… poor 85 lb baby! LOL I’ve had her for 2 years and love her so much now! Might have a custody battle on my hands when my son graduates. Just kidding…. I will miss her though! Thanks for sharing your story!
