Something about icicles just mesmerizes me.

These stunning icicles are on my neighbors houses.   And hopefully they don’t think I’m a weirdo taking pictures outside their windows.

    LOL! I often wonder that same thing about my neighbors. Beautiful pictures by the way but are those icicles dangerous? They look very pointy!

    icicles are awesome! was out hiking the othr week and saw some that were huge, like 30 feet coming off a cliff…it was amazing!

    As soon as I hit publish on that, I was worried I had made a Freudian slip and typed “testicles” instead of “icicles”. I swear to god. You know, there’s icles in both of them. I’m a nutjob.

    I remember icicles like that when I lived in upsatate NewYork! Killer if you do not knock them down. but oh so beautiful.

    I love icicles. This year isn’t that cold here, but my kids love “collecting” icicles. Perfect collection if you ask me. They are gone in few hours or days,lol.

    I love how pretty icicles are too! But when I look at the killer ones I think of that Greys Anatomy episode when Christina gets stabbed in the stomach by a falling icicle. Now, I walk by huge icicles very carefully, lol!

    Great killer icicle pics! Are your neighbors used to you running ’round their house with a camera? Heeehehe. My kids used to wait until I filled my tub with nice warm water and get totally relaxed then throw icicles or snowballs over the shower door. I always knew I’d be out of the zone if I heard them yell “incoming!!!”

    What a cool blog, and what cool photos of icicles! When I was a kid (after seeing one of the Superman movies), I imagined that icicles were like magic wands. There really is something beautiful about them, especially on a sunny day when they’re glistening like jewels.
