my first child? C-section.
the second one? 4 1/2 hrs of pushing – 24 hrs total labor. As you can see, she was unsure for a couple yrs.
third child? Induced. He might not have been ready, but he came out anyhow. Shit, I had an epidural needle stuck in my spine….sit there and tell Santa what you want damnit!
And so the torment will continue for generations.
Oh, and did you notice that all the (current) Santa pics have the SAME Santa? Yep! Isn’t that cool? I’ve got about 14 years worth of pics with that Santa…then he retired. Bless his har-har-heart.

LOL did that Santa have a real beard? I don’t think I was ever afraid of Santa, but I will make sure I torture my kids when I have them, and Santa will make sure they are good.

Oh yes, that beard was totally real. He was a very good Santa.

That is awesome that you had the same Santa that long. Unfortunately the Santa’s we’ve met around here have not been all that convincing. A couple of years ago in Williamsburg we did meet a Santa who was cool as a cuke and knew just how to talk to kids. He was dressed more like Father Christmas than a traditional American Santa. That was fun.

Great photos. We had an old Santa like that when I was growing up.. he was there forever. I don’t have many pics of my daughter with Santa. I could not stand and watch her cry for the sake of a photo. As she got older it was her choice. I think we have three years.

A Christmas Carol was pretty good but not as good as I expected it to be. I had a lot of expectations towards it and I feel like all of them were not filled. But in all, the movie was pretty good. Not very Christmas-y movie though. After seeing it I still think that the Polar Express is the best Christmas movie along with the old Disney animations.
