I always get slight cramps right after I realize that “aunt flow” has come to visit. Then I am good after I take a couple of IBuprofen.
What I do get that is kind of weird though is very sharp gas pains, that actually make me make noises.

I’ve been pretty lucky. The first day I suffer from cramps but nothing major. After that, I pretty much forget it’s there.

I don’t get it anymore since my hysterectomy (Yay!), but I used to get horrible diarrhea right before and during the beginning of it. Never failed.
