screamToday is International Moment of Frustration Scream Day.

It is!  I’m serious!  You’re supposed to go outside and scream for 30 seconds.  (technically, at 12 hundred hours Greenwich Time…..but hey, I say make it an any time of the day thing! )  Yep!  Now git!

    I would but I can’t, Cough, cold, can barely breathe without having a coughing fit.
