    That does look peaceful! There’s a book going around blogosphere – The Hope of Refuge by Cindy Woodsmall – (that I really hope I win somewhere) that’s brought back lots of memories of living near Amish area (New York and PA) as a kid…

    We went up to Lancaster, PA on Tuesday to go shopping at the outlets there and saw quite a few Amish families. They are such an amazing group of people. I can’t imagine living like that, but it would be interesting.

    I have some Mennonite cousins; they have such a beautiful (LARGE) family. I was also pleased to receive over 20 of their delicious recipes for a family cookbook. YUM.
