Not enough Purell in the world.

My trip to the grocery store:
After picking out my peppers a little boy about 7 came up and open mouth sneezed on the whole bin. Mom was standing right there by his side. Didn’t say a word to him. UGHHHHHHHHHH. Glancing at the peppers…they were now peppered with saliva. Sorta like when those sprayers come on in the veggie section?
The guy stocking meat open mouth sneezed on the pork packages. We’ll NOT be having pork this week.
The cashier blew her nose no less than 7 times….all while scanning my items.
The grocery store is NOT the place for a germ-a-phobe. NOT the place.

THAT IS SO GROSS!! I used to complain about that all the time at those stores! I saw numerous produce workers wipe their noses with their hands and continue stocking produce! ugh! Oh, and don’t get me started on the deli people; they’re worse! Ok, now YOU really got me started! Those deli people grazing from the deli meats like cows in a grassy field! I tend to think that others think everyone else has the ‘bad’ germs but they have the ‘superior’ ones that don’t spread disease! Rarely do I ever see others taking precautions like we do (but when I do I make it a point to thank them!) Everyone wants something done about the h1n1 but they don’t want to make an effort themselves to prevent the spread of disease. It’s always someone else’s responsibility.

Argh. Swine flu! Maybe you should just grow your own produce…and possibly raise pigs that are flu free.
