My Yoga Diary – Spoonin’

I’m surprised, number one, that I’m actually continuing to practice yoga every morning. It really is the best way I’ve found to start off the day. And, number two (#2, lol…) that I’m starting to get a bit more flexible and better able to focus.

Well, I’m able to focus as long as my husband doesn’t feel the need to wake up early and SUCK every ounce of concentration out of my brain. He tries to be quiet but he does that loud yawn….clangs the coffee mugs and clinks the damn spoons around. If you see a man walking around with a spoon lodged deeply into his nose…brookthat would be my husband.

So he finally leaves to go golfing, and THIS is what I’m left with….sitting in front of me….staring.

Sheila, I soooo wish we lived in the same town. It would be fun to do yoga together. (I’d even lay off the beans and broccoli for you.) :)
