    What a wonderful choice. I love photo from that perspective. Glad you decided to join in A Thousand Word Thursday…I think all moms have a keen eye when it comes to photography. It comes from a loving heart.

    It must be one weird feeling for you.

    I know mine was off at a sleep-over the other night and I felt very very weird and weepy about it. And she’s got over 10 years until she flies the nest! Of course I realized later I was quite pre-menstrual so that explained a lot.

    But still, your first-born going off to college. Oh my freaking god. Gorgeous how you caught her at the portal with her back to you. Going away. At the portal of the unknown. Contemplating what lies ahead. About to strike out on her own.
