Unfortunately, every time I've been there over the last couple of years the stores seem dead and wonder how long it will be before they'll be forced to close. Let's hope more companies follow the example of Sears. They've been around as long as I remember. They're an American Institution!!!! I like to shop there on occasion for different things. It's really a shame, because poor service used to be the exception rather than the rule. I applaud Sears for their assistance to the Military servicemen and their families. Shame on any company that doesn't do the same. I swear, the day I got it I had just been to Sears and had an all around bad experience. The employees were rude (when I could find one) and the store was a complete mess (dirty, overcrowded and disorganized). I vowed never to go back. Although I applaud their support of our armed forces, they REALLY need to get their stuff together. I got that email, too.
