Shane says that Barack Obama is asking Browns Head Coach, Romeo Crennel, to be his Chief of Staph-Infection.    Bahhhhhhhhaaaaaaaaa! 
(sorry, that was too funny not to write! ~ anyone that follows the Browns will understand this.  And to anyone who doesn’t, sorry…it’s funny in Cleveland)

    I didn’t get it, but I do find the phrase “Cheif of Staph-Infection” to be funny… so that’s enough to satisfy me.
