It seems like it’s been forever! But, “24″ is back…even if just for one measly night! We’ll have to wait til January for the actual series to start back up. True to the character of Jack Baur there’s been a whole lot of ass-kickin and action. This 2 hour teaser “24-Redemption” did not disappoint!
Set in Africa, Jack lives at a school for African boys run by his old marine buddy gone humanitarian. Militants are kidnapping young boys all over Africa to join their army. Meanwhile, Jack cannot go back to the U.S. or he’ll face charges on something or other. He normally has these problems since he’s such a crazy-fuck. But that’s why we all love him.
When the militants came after the kids at the school, Jack went haywire and killed 11 of them in like 6 minutes in true Jack-fashion. And of course, the only way to see that the kids got into the embassy and taken to safety was to turn himself in, in exchange for the children’s freedom. Ya gotta love that guy. He’s badder than Bond and softer than Charmin.
And of course half the government is corrupt (what else is new?). But this time the show has a woman as President of the U.S. so I’m hopin’ that she kicks some ass too!

Totally wish I knew what you were talking about. I’ve heard good things about 24, but have yet to see it. One of these days I’ll get around to renting it.
