There are so many stupid things that happen to all of us, or just things we hear about that are so F*’d up.  I’m so pissed, I created a new meme!  This is your chance to vent and share the stupidity with bloggers everywhere!  Simply post about what you find F*’d up and link to Mr. Linky below.  That simple! Here’s my F*’d up Friday:

I own a small business in the State of Ohio.  Year after year I have to file a form to declare whether or not I’m a franchise.  I’m not, never have been a franchise so I always fill the form out as such. 

Year after year I send in the form and 80% of the time, along with many other forms that I have to fill in for the State for business purposes, these forms end up in limbo somewhere.  Then I get another form telling me they didn’t get the original.  So I copy it and send it back in.  It’s a stupid frickin vicious circle.  So LAST YEAR they told me I didn’t send in a form for…get this…2005.  So I copied it and sent it in.  They then told me I had to pay $50 for untimely filing.

Uh, DUH….I filed it timely THE FIRST TIME.  Morons.  So I appealed it.  Today (5 months after appealing) I receive a big envelope of papers from the State Attorney to appear in COURT for this appeal.  I said, “You are going to take me to court?  How much have you already spent on copies and stacks of paper regarding this issue?  How much is it going to cost you to take me to court for $50?  What a waste of taxpayer money!”

The secretary agreed and said it’s ‘how they do things’ and ‘we’ve taken people to court for much less’. So that is my F*’d up Friday post.  What is moronic, stupid or F*’d up in your life lately?
