Dieting: Pills or Exercise?

You hear a lot about quick fixes for dieting these days.  Personally I don’t think there’s a quick fix.  I think that like with anything else in life, you have to work hard at it.  Eat right and exercise seems to be the best bet for the majority of people with weight issues.  Plus I would think that by going this route, you would keep it off longer/better and also be healthier in general. 

But of course there are a ton of supplements and diet aids out there.  But before opting for a diet pill I’d recommend throughly checking them out.  While eating right and exercising is pretty safe for the average person, I would think that actually taking something like a  diet pill should be researched for safety.  Better safe than sorry!
