Ahhh, I’m alone ALONE A-L-O-N-E in the house!!!

Everyone is out attending one football game or another; Shane’s watching the “Holy War” (St. Ed’s vs. St. Ignatius) one of the biggest high school rivals around (his godson plays on the St. Ed’s team), and all three of my kids are at their high school’s big rival game tonight!

I chose to remain home.  In the warmth of my comfy recliner.  Within mere feet of the bathroom and the refrigerator.  Now that’s the good life!  

So now that I’ve already stuffed my face full of those creations from heaven….those cream filled chocolate frosted bites of goodness (Hostess Cupcakes)…..well….I’m really not sure what I’m going to do next.   (Hmmmm she says, puzzled as she lightly scratches her head)

Scorching hot bath?  The kind where ya light some aromatic candles and soak in a hot tub…no one arguing, no knocks on the door!  Or maybe a nice hot cup of apple cinnamon tea with a whisper of milk?  The remote, that lovely little piece of plastic with all the buttons that confuse the hell out me?  ALL MINE!!!  Glass of wine maybe?  Bottle?

So I now laugh maniacally!  Muuuu-ahhhhaaa!  I’m off to enjoy my quietness!
