Got TWO more phone books delivered today, bringing our grand total this year to 8 from three different companies. Does anyone else find this incredibly ridiculous?

Honestly, don’t these companies know that killing trees isn’t even needed for this anymore?
I think phone books should be delivered on a request only basis.
One would do in my household, and frankly, I use the internet for 99.9% of my lookups.
Not only are the books a nuisance, so are the people that deliver them. We had in incident where I work that the delivery people were dropping the phone books by the mail boxes and going into the mailboxes at the same time and helping themselves to the mail!
I’m all for people working and making a buck, but really it’s kind of crazy.
